How to Become a Distributor?

BHARAT FUEL offers world class services to its customers in all the segments such as domestic, commercial and industrial. We have a wide range of cylinder sizes to cater to various segments as per their needs and requirements. We always prefer young and energetic distributors with a lot of enthusiasm and keenness to grow along with the company. Nevertheless to become a distributor certain criteria needs to be fulfilled and they are as follows:
Land for construction of LPG godown: A licensed godown to store LPG is a mandatory requirement for becoming a LPG distributor. In India the licensing authority is the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) and the godown has to conform to the regulations as stipulated by PESO. The land requirement would be approximately 3000 Sq.Ft for a 4000 Kg godown and we at Bharat Fuel would guide the prospective distributors on the procedures for construction and the procurement of the license. Showroom at a prominent location: A showroom with a size of 200 Sq.Ft is required at a prominent place with necessary infrastructure. Financial Capacity: Adequate financial capacity to invest on the infrastructure, cylinders and working capital. Manpower: Sufficient manpower to ensure uninterrupted supplies and quality service to the customers. Bharat Fuel is selective about the new distributors and only those who fulfill all the necessary requirements will be shortlisted for appointment in the designated markets. The procedures followed for new distributor appointment would be as follows:
Application would be sent to the interested applicant after collection of relevant information. Filled-up application to be sent to the address of the corporate office as mentioned in the application Site visit will be done by the sales personnel to ascertain the eligibility criteria after which selection will be done our marketing team after proper due diligence On getting the storage license by PESO for the completed godown and fulfillment of all other requirements of the company such as Showroom, infrastructure, statutory requirements and working capital requirements, Trinetra Gases will commence supplies for the commissioning of the new distributorship. VAT Registration
Certificate from weights & measures with respect to weighing scale at the Godown
Fire License for Godown from Fire Service Department. §LPG Godown License from PESO
